I rented a house with "This Is Living Waterloo" for the last 2 years and they are very clean houses, close to the University of Waterloo, and Ron and Dianne are the best landlords !

My roommates and I have been in the Hemlock house for almost two years and will be sad to leave! Any issues, which have been very rare, or any other inquiries about the house are addressed almost immediately by the landlords. Couldn't have asked for better pair, or a better home away from home!

For any issues we had, they were quick to answer our calls and find a solution. I really enjoyed the house itself too - it was spacious, close to campus/buses and cheap! This place definitely felt like home after 2 years. 10/10 would recommend.

They return calls within the same day, are always willing to fix anything in the house, and genuinely care about the safety and satisfaction of their tenants. Ron and Dianne are amazing landlords and people. Ron and Dianne are absolutely lovely to have as landlords. They always treated my roommates and I with respect, and they've been incredibly accessible whenever we needed them. We've rented from them for 4 years and any requests for repairs have been addressed within a couple of days at the most, always going above and beyond expectations. They complete regular checks to ensure that safety features are up-to-code, and even go so far as to demonstrate how to use the fire extinguishers. Every interaction with Ron and Dianne has been a pleasure!
